The source of all Islamic philosophical; endeavors and judiciary set-up, is well defined in many verses of both Quran and Hadeeth (the quotes by The Prophet Mohammad pbuh – pbuh are abbreviations of: peace be upon him). This did not only elaborate the story of creation, but also sets the parameters and baseline for life activities.
Allah; Al-Mighty Creator swt (swt are abbreviations of an Arabic phrase says: Subhan’o wa Ta’ala; means: To Whom be ascribe all perfection and majesty) was in an indescribable environment (inconceivable by our humane intellectual set-up); then He swt decided to be known. So; He swt created the universe up to the Mankind; who was solely gifted the capacity to discover, understand, and choose.
The Universe was commissioned to support the various endeavors of Mankind, in his intellectual process; which associated with his living necessities, motivations and desires. However, the mandate of the creation was, stills and will always be a sole mission
To recognize Al-Mighty Creator swt; to worship, to praise and to loud His blessings and gifts swt..
Accordingly, in very simple terms and phrases; all aspects of life should interpret the sole mission that Mankind was created for. Deviation from this mission; vacates the life from any meaningful purpose or value. Thus, the confrontation demise between powers of divine goodness and evil deeds can simply be drawn.
Group drives for the sole mission, another innovates and creates obstacles against. This would be applied to all scenes of life; science, war, politics, charities, medicine, engineering, etc. Just name it; and then gauge to either ways.
Certainly, powers of evil have an easy and manageable tasks; with the embedded cultural and psychological genes. The tendencies towards the paradoxical easy living; the fulfillment of physical desires, the emotional drivers and gains, and the uncontrolled reactions to win or lose; are our great challenges and hazards as well.
Despite the continuous declining rate of believing along the last Millennium; Believers should maintain their faith, enable more momentum of their value and volume, extend hand towards the sole mission, and never underestimate the evil powers.
This tells from where I’m coming, armed with integrated knowledge and unshakable believe; realizing that Islam is just another religion, whilst all religions would share the same divine goal.
This new horizon and path of knowledge as baked on my Sudanese traditions of tolerance and brotherhood. It is my humble effort to share the knowledge and rationales I had gained throughout my academic, professional and spiritual experiences, which I do owe to many; for their inputs and guidance…
One Final note: All contents are defensible by authentic Islamic referrals; Quran, Hadeeth, Sahaba’s quotes, etc. Hopefully, those of old schools would avoid misunderstanding the logic behind this endeavor..

لجأ بعض الناس إلى الأخذ بأفكار و مناهج حديثة لوصف الإسلام و الدفاع عنه. لكن بدون أسس حاكمة للبحث, و التنقيح, و الإختيار بين المتعارض من الأخبار, و المرجعيات. و اضطروا إلى اتباع الهوى…
بينما لجأ آخرون (و هم أكثر نظامية من أولئك) إلى الأخذ بالمدارس القديمة و لكن أيضا وقعوا فى خطر التلفيق غير المنظم بينهم… و لم يجدوا أمامهم إلا اتباع الهوى أيضا….
و نحن نقول :
قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم “إنما يؤخذ العلم من الأكابر”
و قال : “خير القرون قرنى ,ثم الذين يلونهم ,ثم الذين يلونهم ,ثم يفشو الكذب”
و قال ابن المبارك: “الإسناد فى الدين , و لولا الإسناد : لقال من شاء : ما شاء”
و قال : “انظروا عمن تأخذون دينكم”
و من هنا وجب علينا أن ندرس كل المدارس الإسلامية القديمة العظيمة بكل مناهجها و نميز كل مدرسة بإسمها
ثم نميز الراجح من المرجوح من بين تلك المناهج .و من هنا قال رسول الله: “تفترق أمتى على ثلاث و سبعين فرقة
أخوكم : حسام (الحنفى الماتريدى) و إيمان محجوب..
ملحوظة : ما ذكرت النسب إلا من أجل التعريف بأنى لا آخذ إلا ما صح عند أبى حنيفة فى الفقه
و ما صح عند الماتريدية فى العقيدة
و من أراد أن يتعرف على الحنفية و الماتريدية : فليرجع إلى كتبهم قبل أن يرجع إلى كتب مخالفيهم و خصومهم

لقد قال شدّاد بن حكيم (رواه عنه نصير بن يحيى) لسائله : (إن كنت ممن يختار فاختر , و إن لم تكن تختار : فرأىُ أبى حنيفة هو أنجى لك)
و قال عنه يزيد بن هارون (و هو من هو عند أهل الحديث الشريف) : (و الفقه صناعته و صناعة أصحابه و الفرائض , كأنهم خلقوا لها)
و قال سفيان بن عيينة : (من أراد الفقه : فالكوفة , و يلزم أصحاب أبى حنيفة)
قال داوود الطائى عن فقه أبى حنيفة : (ذلك نجم يهتدى به السارى , و علم تقبله قلوب المؤمنين , فكل علمٍ ليس من علمه فهو بلاءٌ على حامله)
و قال عبد الله بن المبارك (و هو من هو عند أهل الحديث الشريف):(فمن ابتغى العلم فى غير طريق أبى حنيفة فقد ضل)
و قال سفيان الثورى : (إنه ليكشف لك من العلم عن شئ كلنا عنه غافل) و كان يقدمه و يمشى خلفه
و قال : (إن الذى يخالف أبا حنيفة يحتاج لأن يكون أعلى منه قدراً و أوفر منه علماً و بعيد ما يوجد ذلك
و قال وكيع بن الجراح (شيخ الشافعىّ) : (فمن كان أصحابه و جلساؤه هؤلاء (1) كيف يخطىء و هو بينهم)
و قال مالك : (لقد وفق له الفقه حتى ما عليه فيه كبير مؤنة)
و قال الشافعىّ : (لم يتبحر فى الفقه : من لم ينظر فى كتب أبى حنيفة)
و قال يحيى بن سعيد القطان (إمام الجرح و التعديل) : (إن أبا حنيفة و الله لأعلمُ هذه الأمة بما جاء عن الله و رسوله)
و قال مسعر بن كدام : (من جعل أبا حنيفة بينه و بين الله : رجوت ألا يخاف و لا يكون فرط فى الإحتياط لنفسه) .
و قال عبد الله بن داوود الخريبى : (من أراد أن يخرج من ذل العمى و الجهل و يجد لذة الفقه فلينظر فى كتاب أبى حنيفة)
